Zhang Jianwei, born in October 1971, a member of Communist Party of China. Hecompleted his undergraduate studies in StatisticsMajoratEconomicsShandongEconomic Collegein 1993 and later earned a Master of Business Administration from Shandong Normal University in 2022. Bearing theprofessionaltitle of associate professor, he is currently a full-time counselor in the Information Engineering Departmentat theCollege. In December 2015, he was honored as an“Advanced Individual in Ideological and Political Education in Shandong Province’s Higher Education Institutions”. In 2017, he received the accolade of“Outstanding Counselorofthe8th ShandongUniversities”. In 2020, he was designated as one of the“Top Ten Moral Models”at theCollege. In 2023, he led students to secure a bronze medal in the“Construction Bank Cup”Shandong Province College Students’Science and Technology Innovation Competition. In 2022, he was awarded the second prize for the 2021 Counselor Work Case in Shandong Province.He haspublishedover10papers, such asReflections on the Effectiveness of Humanistic Education for Vocational College Students.Hehas contributed to the writing of humanistic quality textbooks likeUniversity Student Safety and Discipline ReaderandUniversity Freshman Orientation.
